The Elm Street Manor Bed and Breakfast sits just off Main Street in Derby Line, Vermont. This 13+ room mansion has a private yard enclosed with trees providing solace for those who wish for a weekend away. The grounds surrounding the B&B provide a beautiful backdrop for a wedding or special event.  The Elm Street Manor B&B hosts 1.6+ acres of land.

The Manor is within walking distance of Canada and located in the Northeast corner of Vermont known as the Northeast Kingdom.

Enveloped by small villages Derby Line provides an array of shopping experiences in quaint town’s along the border.  Lake Memphramagog  is just minutes away allowing for boating, fishing, water skiing, kayaking and much more.

Whether you desire to sit on the porch with a good book, explore the sugaring of the maple syrup, investigate the home’s history in the Civil War or sit in the solitude of the garden on a cool evening, the Elm Street Manor B&B can meet your needs.
